We deliver well presented, accurate fixed price quotations on both preliminary and fully documented projects. We can also quote directly from rated bill of quantities using historical data from our completed projects, adjusted to market conditions, and independent pricing from our supplier chain.

All tenders for carpentry and cladding contracts are submitted in a clear and concise manner so your team can comfortably vet and judge that the tendered scope of work is as you require.
Once a project is awarded, our estimating team hands the project over to our project management team who implement the process of material procurement and direct liaison with the Head Contractor’s project site team, so that suitably skilled tradesmen are selected and allocated to the project.
We ensure to work with the Head Contractor so that all project parameters are adhered to which include timely completion of works and expected quality. We have Project Managers and Leading Hands in place to oversee that employees adhere to operating procedures on a per job basis.
